What kind of emails will I receive?

You will receive offers, promotions, new product launch info, tips and newsletters on general issues or your interests.

How many emails can I expect from EmailCashPro?

It depends on whether your profile matches with our advertisers needs. You are not likely to receive more than 3 emails from us on a single day.

How much will I earn from each email?

Each paid email earns you between 0.5 cents to 1 cent because the earning is based on revenue sharing. The more we earn, the more we share. Please note that not all emails from us are paid. Some emails are newsletters, tips or updates that our editorial board has specially prepared for you.

Why am I paid in points first before converting into cash?

Our aim is to maximise your total earning, not earning per click. As such, we need the flexibility in adjusting our advertising rate so as to attract more advertisers. This will eventually increase your total earning. Point system allows us to have such flexibility and from our past experience (we have been in operation since July 2006), it has been proven to be the best system in maximising your earning.

How much will I earn by participating in EmailCashPro?

Your earning depends on how often you respond to our email and how active you are in building your referral team. Our program provides you with an avenue to get quick access to market offers and info. Being paid should be treated as an extra. But if you wish to make money, you should actively participate in our referral program. It's not hard to earn extra $100 a month. But remember, there is no free lunch.

How much does it cost to join EmailCashPro?

Membership at EmailCashPro is free.

I'm not a Singaporean. Can I join?

Yes. EmailCashPro is now open to international members.

Am I allowed to have more than one account?

We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household.



Members FAQ - Referral

How can I refer people to EmailCashPro?

Once you join EmailCashPro, you will be given a link to refer other people to EmailCashPro. You referral link should look something like this: http://www.emailcashpro.com/?r=yourID. You can send emails to your friends with your referral link. Anyone who signs up through your link will be referred by you.

Alternatively, you can use our "Invite Your Friends" system that can be found at the side bar and in your Members Area. Just type in their email addresses. Your referral link will be shown automatically. Please note that you need to login to use this service because the system has to trace who you are in order to generate your referral link automatically.

Where can I find my referral link?

Login to your Member's Area and go to Referral Strategies

How do I trace if I've successfully referred new members?

You will receive an email notification informing you that someone has been referred by you. You can also login to your Members Area under Your Statistics, where you can check the number of referrals you have at each level.

Is there any condition attached for referral income?

You may want to note that you must be at least 50% as active as your referrals in order to earn referral commissions. If you are an active user of our program, you shouldn't be worried about this.



Members FAQ - Payment

When can I request payment?

You may request payment after you have earned $$11.

How can I request payment?

After you have earned S$11 in your account a button will automatically appear on your redemption page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.

When am I paid?

After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days. We usually process your payment within the next two or three working days.

How am I paid?

Members will be paid via cheque or Paypal. The payable amount will be the requested payment less $1 processing fee.



Members FAQ - Technical Issues

I've signup my email address. But I'm not receiving any confirmation email.

A confirmation email will be sent to you almost immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email after a few minutes, check your junk mail folder, as some email providers may automatically filter your email. Make sure you add the addresses admin@emailcashpro.com and rewards@emailcashpro.com to your address book and/or contact list. This will insure that all emails from these addresses are delivered to your inbox.

After following all the steps, signup your email address again. If you still do not receive the confirmation email, chances are your e-mail provider is blocking emails from our server. In that case, please join using another email address.

I click on the link in my paid email, but it says "This paid advertisement has expired." Why?

Our advertisers purchase a certain number of page views from us. Once this number is reached, the advertisement will expire. Try to view the ad as soon as you receive it.

What would happen to me if I cheat?

If our system identifies that you cheat, your account will be removed and all your earnings will be forfeited.

What other issues do I have to take note as a member?

You may want to note that your account will be deleted if it's inactive for more than 90 days. If you are on a vacation, you may want to set your account to vacation mode. You can do so in your Member's Area under Edit Your Information.
